Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for any purchases, however we are more than happy to provide credit or exchange for full priced items
only. Sale/clearance items are final.
Please contact us directly to obtain an approved return number to ensure your Returns are accepted. Returns are accepted within 7 working days from receipt of items. All items must be returned in it's original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached. All return items will be inspected before a credit note is issued. It is within our rights to deny a return should we find that the items are worn, stained or soiled in any way. All return shipment costs are at the customer's expense. We highly suggest using traceable postage as returns that are not received by us, will not be issued a credit. We also recommend you keep the proof of shipment for your records.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your returns to be processed and a credit note to be issued to you. Credit notes are issued electronically and do not have an expiry date.

Please note we do not accept returns for Sale items, therefore please choose carefully.

We are Australian based and do not ship internationally at this stage, all our items are listed in AUD($) and include the Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Shipment Details
Order processing time is within one business day.
Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped on the same business day, and orders that are placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the following day.
We use Australia Post as our main delivery service. Standard tracked postage offers delivery timeframes between 3-5 working days. Should you require a faster delivery option (e.g Express post - guaranteed next working day within the EP network) please contact us directly to arrange before placing your order. When your order has been finalised and paid, the tracking number of your shipment will be provided by email. All orders can be tracked online at www.austpost.com.au/track
Please note we will not be responsible for any lost or damage goods during transit.
Payment methods
We currently accept Paypal as our main payment option.
However, you can also pay using your Credit or Debit card when you check out with Paypal. (Does not require a Paypal account).
Direct Deposit is also available upon request, please email us directly before placing your order so we can provide you with the details.
